      I ordered a wall mounted oven and was told my schedule date was "Jan 28, ****" -- 2 weeks from my order date of Jan 15th. On Jan 29th I was called and told my oven was in but the schedule date for the installation was Feb 21st. I said -- why? -- it was supposed to be Jan 28th. The salesman, ******** sarcastically said to me that it wasn't their fault that one of their installer was injured and was out of work. I said so why don't you hire someone else to take his place, and he said 'they are all druggies out there".. There is a distinct lack of professionalism at ********** and is not customer service oriented. There are plenty of handymen out there (who are not "druggies") that ********** could hire to take the work load of their injured installer until he is healthy. Being without an oven for 2 weeks because they don't carry wall mounted ovens in stock anymore was bad enough but then to turn into 5 weeks is totally not acceptable.

      Called for repair of my GE (monogram) refrigerator that was dripping water on the floor and also had a noisy fan motor. ******* took all my information over the phone and promptly informed me that ***** ( technician) would be out the next day to service.***** was able to fix the the leak ( drain plug iced up) and replaced my noisy fan motor. ***** was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. I really liked the ** (artificial intelligence) that they employ to let me know via text and email of when ***** will arrive and any communication that needs to be done . The tracking system they employ lets you know via a map where you are on the schedule and also where your Technician is in relation to coming to your house. You can track his schedule via the map which makes it wonderful that youre not wondering where he is.

      My wife bought a GE Washer and ***** at ********** on Ft ******. Due to space we needed a top loading washer and she got one without an agitator. After a couple of loads she found that on small loads it did not clean and she wanted to return it for a washing machine with an agitator. Our contract when she purchased the machine stated ""A 25% RE-STOCKING FEE plus RE-DELIVERY or INSTALL CHARGE will apply should any product be returned......", which we were willing to pay. When she went to talk to ********** about her unhappiness with the machine and wanting to return it and purchase another she was told by *** that once used a washing machine cannot be returned. Christies offered to send someone out to see if it needed fixing but that would not help the problem. *** mentioned to use Deep Fill but my wife learned that Deep Fill had been disabled in this model for normal wash. We have shopped at ********** for over 30 years but no longer. Unfortunately, due to my disability I am unable to shop with my wife or things might have gone differently but that should not be the case.

      We purchased a bed and mattress for my mother from **********, happy to spend locally. Now I wish we hadn't. We were told the bed should come in within 3 to 4 weeks. We called after 4 weeks and they said it will be another five weeks. Nine weeks to get a mattress from Serta is ridiculous. It is not a special order. My 85-year-old mother won't be able to sleep in a bed until after Christmas. We ordered it a week before Halloween! I wish we would have gone to a regular furniture store.
