            In early-to-mid 2022 our parishes contracted with Telesystem to install and run a new telephone system between four (4) locations. The installation was completed in August 2022. The billing for the phone system has not been correct. We have made the payment according to our contract, and have sought to have the billing corrected via their online service portal (Ticket #******) and through multiple telephone calls. Recently, I have requested twice to speak with a supervisor, and never received a call back. We simply want the billing corrected according to the signed contract and to pay what we are required; but no one will help us to resolve the problem.

            The service is poor to non. They create bills that are unsupported and there is no billing department to attend any questions. They sell you big customer service. But even their customer support don't know how to troubleshoot any issues. They relate you to read their handbook of 500 pages to resolve any issues you may have. We are obligated to a 3 year contract. Even with all the issues we have had with them, it will cost us $8,000 dollars to get out. I can't express enough the disappointment we have had with this company.
