National Memorial Stone advised BBB that most cemeteries only allow them to deliver headstones and monuments twice a year, Spring and Fall. Therefore it is possible that consumers may experience a delay in their headstone being set.

On March 17, 2016 BBB notified National Memorial Stone of the development of a pattern of complaints in which consumers report extensive delays in delivery of headstones, delays in the company pouring the foundations for grave markers as well as non-delivery of headstones and vases that have been paid for.
