            This company is the ABSOLUTE WORST! They leave patients waiting to be picked up for extended periods of time (2 hrs. or more from the 1st call). I have actually called and requested the pick up for these patients as soon as they arrive and they are left here to wait even after we have closed making our nurse have to wait here with the patient until they are picked up. We have had to call up to 3 or more times to have a patient picked up and are told each time they are on the list and should be the next to be picked up or someone will be here within the hour. We get the same excuse each time..."it's not our fault, dispatch doesn't know what they are doing"; "it's not our fault, we don't have enough drivers", "it's not our fault!" Well then who'd fault is it, because it's not our fault and it most certainly is not the patient's! This company needs to be removed from the BBB A+ rating - the grade it really deserves is a hard F.

            Unfortunately, due to many various circumstances of today's economy TLC's quality of service is not currently at a level that our customers have grown to expect from us.

            We have had difficulty hiring and training good quality drivers.

            We have increased our driver wages no less than 3 times within the last 6 months and we also provide a sign-on bonus along with ongoing driver bonuses that have been unheard of even during the economic stress of today. Much like the rest of the country. We have also cut our bookings by 50% of our pre-pandemic level in hopes to maintain better service for our remaining customer base. We have yet to accomplish this.

            We do have several drivers in-training. We hope that this will return our quality of service very soon.

            We apologize. We are sincerely sorry that received the poor quality of service that you did.
