We moved in in November,signed the lease in March (4 months later) received a copy of our lease in June. The only time a manager will respond to you is with an eviction notice. Our pipes were messed up for 6 months, raw sewage was under our home for 6 months before they finally did something to fix it. They installed skirting and never told us how much or how much monthly payments are. We received a write up bc of our yard having trash in it and weeds growing around trailer, that was July first. We had 15 days to clean it up. Also on July first I explained the trash was from a neighbor whose trash was ripped up by animals, it's August third and the neighbors trash is still ripped up on their yard. We had a small hard plastic pool for our 1 year old, told we weren't allowed to have it, neighbors have a 10 ft pool. Still up. We received eviction notices every month, even though our rent is paid. We received made up letters on our door stating all managers were fired for stealing money, then a week later told that those letters were fake. The guy in charge of mowing mows before your supposed to so they charge you $50 more. (They're supposed to give you a three day notice before they send him to mow) Several registered sex offenders live in this park. Meth is everywhere. The guy who mows got into an argument with another guy and had a gun and hatchet the other guy had a knife. The cats are horrible out here, almost all are sick. Racoons are so tame they walk up to you at night and try to follow you inside. A creepy guy walks around at night with a flashlight looking in windows. Cops have been called, nothing happens. The kids here hang from the speed limit signs and attack other kids. Needles found at the park. Have I mentioned it takes over a month to get ahold of the landlord about anything and most times she won't respond and if she does it's an eviction notice. Also roaches are everywhere, dumpsters, yards everywhere. DON'T MOVE THERE!
