I purchased 6 light bulbs that carried a 5 year warranty. The light bulbs have been a problem shortly after I purchased however Gross Electric was replacing them. Another bulb went out and spoke with the manager and she stated she would order. At that time, I asked her to order an extra since these bulbs keep going out. No follow up at all and kept calling on status. Finally 2 months later I was told sorry no replacement! I spent well over $20+ for each bulb! The replacement that they offered is not same lighting and much lower lumen. I don't understand why they would not reordering the original ones that I purchased. I asked for the owner to call me and still has not several weeks later! I am sure there are bulbs available with same lumen they are just being too cheap! Gross Electric, please honor your warranties and make this right! It is a shame that I have to file a complaint just to try and get resolution. So much for doing business with small, local owners! I bet if I had gone to a box store like ****** I would have immediate resolution.
