I cannot recommend McGivern's enough. My husband decided to surprise me with a new engagement/wedding ring for our 15 year anniversary. The level of professionalism, patience and accuracy was impeccable. They were excellent to work with. We were first time customers and will be customers for life. I can't recommend McGivern's enough. Their customer service, attention to detail, and fair pricing has made me a customer for life. I've entrusted them with all of my jewelry repairs and even the design and construction of my fianc's engagement ring. Mike was great to work with. I came in with an idea of what I wanted and Mike was able to tell exactly what I wanted and executed everything to perfection! Mike McGivern helped me select a setting that wasn't on the website. It was just what I wanted for the diamond I had selected. The ring arrived sooner that I expected and is gorgeous. It is the second ring I have purchased from McGivern Diamonds and I highly recommend him. Mike is very helpful, with great communications and high quality work and the prices beat any competitor. We highly recommend purchasing jewelry from McGivern’s. To celebrate our anniversary, we started looking online at all the beautiful stones for a new ring. Mike helped us design an exquisite custom ring. The overall experience was seamless. The delivery from Ohio to another state was timely, secure, and safe. I recommend McGivern Diamonds highly! We were able to choose a brilliant center stone with the educational tools on the website, magnification views of the diamonds, and ****'* guidance. We considered having a ring custom made but found a beautiful set in his selection.
Turn around time was quick, delivery from OH to NV was safe and secure, and I am over the moon with my ring! My fiancé is in love with his platinum band as am I!Review from Christopher M

Without hesitation I highly recommend ******** Diamonds. We were able to view hundreds of diamonds to find the perfect center stone. We found one of the most brilliant stones we've ever seen. The tools on the website gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. The viewing tool made it so convenient for us to look at every aspect of each piece we were considering.
Once we selected the one we wanted the ordering process and delivery were seamless. Our expectations were exceeded and our fears of an online purchase were erased. My fiancée is in love with the rings we chose and so am I.
