            I paid for Internet service on 1/1/24 the Internet went out on 1/5/24 . On 1/8/24 I went to the office and swapped out the router. I got home and it was doing the same thing not working. I called toast net back and informed them of the situation. I was told I had to agree to paying a 150.00 fee for service call if the router was bad. I refuse because I have already swapped out my router with one that was supposed to be working. So they now refuse to send out a service tech because I refuse to pay them. No supervisor will answer the phone, I requested a refund for the month because I have no service, billing refuse to answer the phone.

            Toast net had somebody working on our neighbors house and they disconected our internet by mistake. I called them after it happened and instead of having the person come back to fix there mistake they told me nobody would fix it until 5 days later. I and my girlfriend work from home between the two of us we lost $1000 in wages. Toast refused to compensate us in any way for the last wages. And patted themselves on the back because they were able to get someone out to our house 1 day sooner than expected (still 4 days after the problem started) As I continued to complain that ISPs get away with whatever they want and never have any repercussions for there mistakes they threatened to disconnect our internet and (as all ISPs do) said if you don't like it find someone else.

            The issue the customer experienced was not caused by TOAST.net. The issue started on Friday at 3:00 p.m. and was resolved on Monday by noon. The customer received a TOAST.net credit for downtime.
