  • Recent consumer complaints involve consumers wanting to get out of their contracts, difficulty reaching customer service and concerns about maintenance and assessment fees. The company met with BBB and provided copies of the Rules & Regulations as well as the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions which explains in length the terms of the contract. Both documents are provided to consumers who enter into a contract with the company. The company also discussed the different membership/ownership packages offered for their resort facility; including the policies associated with the corresponding packages purchased. The company states that they encourage people to read the documents in their entirety; which explain the policies and the potential that the policies may be subject to change. The company has advised the BBB that they are taking steps to improve any customer service issues and has committed to responding to complaints, if any, in a timely manner. Most complaints filed through the BBB process reflect consumers inability to reserve a stay at the facility, even though the consumer tried to book the reservation well in advance of the requested dates.
