I purchased a Lockinvar boiler called Solution with model number ****** and serial number ************* on Sept. 15, 2021 from T & M Heating. A few months after installation, it started to make noises. The technician that came to the house, looked at the gauges, and felt the pipes. No further action was taken. The boiler made even louder noises this fall when I turned it on. The boiler stopped working on December 24, 2022. The control panel was burned up, the damper was stuck open, and the inside was very sooted up according the the emergency repair man. The boiler was repaired on December 27, 2022 when the supply house opened and the control panel could be purchased and installed. On January 25, 2023, the boiler went down again. I was told it would be replace. When I called to schedule, I was told that I would not be getting the replacement. I called ********* directly about this matter. They told me that the boiler in my house was originally installed in a house in Toledo in 2017 when it was manufactured. The warranty for all parts expired in February 2019. The boiler and old warranty are linked to **** *********. I have warranties for ten and twenty years that I was given by the technicians that installed the boiler. In summary, this boiler is a hazard. It could result in loss of life, and property damage. I would never have consented to the installation of an used boiler in my home. I was defrauded. All my claims can be substantiated by calling ********* ****. of Lebanon TN. I want a full refund of $6,450.00 for the boiler and $300.00 for the space heaters that I had to purchase on December 26. I don't know how to upload copies of the receipts and warranties, but I can send or deliver copies.
