Highly recommend this company! Rick and the employees were wonderful to work with. Rick helped us find exactly what we were looking for. His communication was excellent and timely, the carpet is great quality, and prices are reasonable. They are truly a high-quality team that can help you pick out and install the perfect carpet for your space. Will definitely use them again in the future without hesitation.Review from Bob

Our job wasn't an easy one. It was a tile floor for 4 areas, 2 of which had some nooks and crannies. We found their rep Carolyn very easy to work with and sincerely interested in what we were looking for. I don't know much about pricing but it didn't seem to be too bad, especially when the job was all done and we saw how much skilled labor went into it. The second half of the five star rating is the installers. This crew of three men knew what they were doing, did a great job, efficiently, with minimum interruption to our every day living and each day of the two weeks, left no mess behind--and believe me what they had to do was nothing short of monster job. So thanks to Rick, Carolyn, Luke, Paul and Dan for doing as much or more than we could have hoped for.Review from Shirley

Rick Riggs was absolutely charming and very helpful. He searched to find the right flooring for us it was available and he found it. He even brought us a sample at a store because we were still in town. We live out of town and will be moving to that area couple of weeks we needed some things done to our home before we moved in and we needed it ASAP, Rick found it ! I will be going to see him when it's time for my carpeting thank you Rick for all your help! I have no qualms about sending someone to carpet direct in Findlay!
