              Beware if you plan to purchase a used vehicle at GERWECK NISSAN 1540 Dixie Highway in Monroe MI. Do not sign the purchas papers like I did if the check engine light is on or if you are buying it as is. I took my vehicle to Autozone on 9-15-23 two weeks after purchasing for them to do a check on the computer diagnostic for the check engine light. It showed replacment engine block, multipule misfires, cylinder DNE misfire, and secnd DTC's. The car is now in the shop to rebuild the engine. The total cost for this work is $2,800. I talked to both owneers and they will not do anything to remidy this issue.

              Very unprofessional business that makes it obvious they do not care about more than monetary gain. They will sell you things that you do not need, they will misdiagnose your car, and at the end of the day you will be left stranded on the side of the road because they had led you astray. No better than any of the other quick lube shops with untrained workers. People chose to come this is specific location hoping, trusting that this Nissan dealership will take care of them. They take this trust and rip it in half right along with any chance of getting good service for an affordable price, or good service at all for that matter. Would not recommend this service department to ANYONE.
