We have purchased several vehicles from Paul Cole Motors for our business and personally. They are friendly and honest and stand behind their products. They are knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell and we always leave there with a complete understanding about the car we have purchased. We live in NY and travel to Ohio and wouldn't buy from anyone else.Review from Nate H

I purchased my first car from there this summer. It was a 2021 Challenger Hellcat, Super Stock. It was delivered in 12 weeks. They kept me updated the entire time with the build. I had a lot of extra options onto the car. I was very surprised it came in such a short time. I was told by other dealerships that you could not order them anymore. Paul Cole Motors got it done for me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I love my hometown Dodge dealer!

They are the best dealer you can find. They are a true family business and their standard of excellence is clear in the many years they have been in business and retained an outstanding reputation in the community. They are honest, courteous, go out of their way for their customers and for their faithful employees. They have fair pricing and the work they do is stellar. They will go above and beyond and always remain fair, balanced, honest, and their level of experience and expertise is unmatched. It is an absolute pleasure doing business with them. I would never go anywhere else for service or for the purchase of a vehicle.Review from Ash

This place is horrible , not only do they treat their employees like trash , they are rude to customers, shut service down 10 mins early , overcharge and lie. Some cars even leave the lot without being safety checked ..

We are sorry that ****** ********* has these feelings about our company. Over the course of several month's we tried to work with her ,giving her every opportunity to understand her job description and what our expectations were. unfortunately it has not worked out , but we followed the policy and procedure manual in an honest ,professional and kind way.
