I moved into ******** ****** located in ****** ******** in March 2017. My dishwasher has not worked properly since moving in. November 2021 *** came to do an inspection and noted for ******** ****** to fix my dishwasher and upstairs bathroom ventilation system. *** gave ******** ****** a month to fix the problem. ******** ****** waited to the last minute and sent a repair man to my townhouse unannounced. The repair man ***** walked into my home with without my consent December 2021. By law they aren't allowed to walk into anyones home without consent unless it's an emergency. He then proceeded to lie about making the repairs. I have proof on my phone that is time stamped proving that the repairs are still not done. I have contacted ******** ****** and *** numerous times to get these issues resolved and they still have not and it's been over 2 months now. I called ******** ****** January 2022 and asked when the new dishwasher (they allegedly ordered) was going to be installed because they had not contacted me and was told January 10th at 1pm. I got a call from ***** in the morning cancelling that day and set up a new day to be January 12 at 1pm. I left work at 12:30pm January 12th and went to my home for the dishwasher to be installed and nobody showed. A quarter past 1pm I called the office and they informed me they had no repairmen and had no idea when there would be anyone to do repairs. They didn't have the decency to call me and inform me of this and I lost pay from leaving work. I'm frustrated that I'm being lied to. And on January 19th ironically ******** ****** repair man was able to come to my home to do a virtual inspection but could not do repairs. I need a resolution to these issues. Also, my sub pump is old and makes my basement smell of a fowl odor at times and my basement has even flooded once. Another time I called for repairs and nothing was done. I cannot believe this is how they treat people.
