In order for a business to qualify for BBB Accreditation, it must agree to meet and maintain BBB Standards for Trust. These standards are a comprehensive set of practices for how business's should treat the public in a fair and honest manner. These standards represent sound advertising, selling and customer service practices that enhance customer trust and confidence in business.
From time to time, a business' BBB Accreditation may be revoked by the BBB Board of Directors for failure to meet and maintain BBB Standards for Trust. A business may appeal this decision and the results of those efforts are included in the business' BBB Business Profile for one year.
