BBB Coronavirus Response

The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has brought new challenges to businesses and citizens. At BBB serving the Heart of Texas, the safety of our staff, customers and community has led us to make some immediate changes.

Following guidance offered by federal, state and local authorities along with the CDC and WHO, we have increased cleaning of work surfaces, and employees have been encouraged to follow CDC-recommended precautions. In our case specifically, we have offered employees the option of working from home should their or their family's circumstances require it.

This voluntary work-from-home plan starts Monday, March 16, and will be evaluated as evolving circumstances require. Over the last couple weeks, we have worked to ensure our employees have all the tools they need to provide you with the same level of phone and email support you’ve come to expect. We will not, however, accept walk-in traffic at our locations.

As you are all aware, conditions are changing rapidly. We will update you via email as necessary.
