              Purchased a course last year and have been chasing them for a refund. I asked for refund within 7 days by phone call, which is their preferred method, and never received a refund. The course is misleading, does not have videos and is a defective course as it claims to be written in english but it is not written in english. The sentence structure is very off and not a single sentence makes sense. It's very broken english and I have a masters degree and could not read it. I had to use ****** every time.I need a full refund because I now will have to purchase a different course that is not defective. This is not just my impression but many others that struggled to read this course. I however asked for the refund prior to touching the course but never received it.i then chargebacked on my credit card and they won't respond to them either. The company is too hard to get ahold of and does not honor their own return policy. I need a full refund please.

              I'm just here the say Mckissock is a big scam. They have literally 'acquired' every competitor in the market, so I really have no choice left on who I give my CE money to. Mckissock likes to offer 'packages' -unnecessary packages that last 2 years. As my renewal is every OTHER year, I don't need a 'membership' or 'packages'. If you decide to pay for the classes individually and NOT get a membership, it will cost you over $950.00 -and that is for ONE RENEWAL. I have renewed my license EIGHT TIMES and have NEVER paid more than $350 for the ONE RENEWAL. They will not refund your money even though they give you no option to pay a FAIR RATE for their classes. In the past I would avoid anything that was related to McKissock, as I only took classes by LOCAL EXPERTS; however, since Mckissock has bought out all of the competition, they now have a MONOPOLY, and people like myself have no options. Mckissock needs regulation.

              We reviewed the students account, 9/12/2022 student purchased the annual renewal membership under a 2-year contract for $399 per year. The student contacted us on 9/12/2023 and wanted to break the contract. Resolution Taken We spoke with the student on 9/12/2023 and advised her on the 2-year contract that she purchased. To resolve the situation, we advised the student that we could break the contract, but she would have to pay the cost of the courses individually which amounts to more than the initial 2-year contract. We have canceled the students reoccurring membership payments moving forward.
