      These guys were great until they weren't. Make sure you **** and confirm EVERYTHING you want done because when there is a discrepancy, they DO NOT CARE ABOUT MAKING THINGS RIGHT!!!! Used them for years however, now they're too busy and lack effective communication needed to do the work correctly. And boy, they don't care about making things right. We had a miscommunication of what needed to be done and when they FINALLY showed up to do the work, I asked that they stop because they were not removing the branches we had agreed to. Hoping to get things back on track, (I literally have the name of the gal that takes the calls in my phone, I've had many great conversations and a good relationship with them over the years, I was and still am shocked at how disinterested they are and the tone of voice they took) I spoke with the management and after being spoken over and not listened to, I realized that we were going nowhere. I said, "Listen, I understand that we are just a small blip on your business map and that this is clearly of no concern to you. (we were getting ready to spend close to 3k, they had completed 1/2 the work)....she said, all of our jobs are a blip on the map". Sent us a bill for $2k and charged us a $250 "cancelation fee". Read their fine print, don't assume ANYTHING and be prepared to be challenged when they're wrong. They don't have time for the "little guys". ****** disappointed in how we were handled! Oh yea....and a few weeks after they supposedly "deadheaded a tree" we had a 4 foot limb come down, almost hit the house.....didn't deadhead very well!I'd recommend that you do your research on these guys.....Red Flags are Red Flags for a reason and this is your Red Flag! When things go wrong, and they will sometimes, it's how a company makes it right......they're not interested in that! ****** disappointed in the whole experience!

      Recently had a large diseased pin oak removed from the front yard by Jackson Tree Service. Over a lifetime, I have had several trees taken down by other providers. Just want to say that I was totally impressed with the professionalism, teamwork, care, efficiency, and, yes, artistry of Jackson, and reasonableness of cost. The best tree service I have ever experienced!

      The crew was trimming my neighbor’s tree instead of my tree. Luckily, I was at home and was able to stop the crew. The person on the crew OFFERED me $100 discount BUT the owner said the crew does not have authorization to offer a discount. Bad business not honoring what was told to the customer. I should have taken a photo of the crew servicing the incorrect address and let them finished . I saved them money by correcting the error. I am sure if I let them finished they would be trying to make me pay for a job NOT done. The $100 discount should be honored!

      We would never charge for a job not done just as much as we expect to be paid for a job done. As noted here, we did the work you contracted us for and did it well. There was no reason your job should have a discount as our crew did exactly what you contracted for. As mentioned to you on the phone we do apologize for the confusion and we spoke with our crew about this situation. It sounds like you asked if you could get a $100 discount and they said you would need to talk to the office about it. Regardless - your work was completed in full as contracted.

      I NEVER asked for a discount your crew member OFFERED me the discount. I suppose he did this because he and his father initially was trimming my NEIGHBOR’S tree. I guess if I was not at home to stop your crew, you would have CLAIMED you did the work and you did a good job. Unbelievable.
