I was in an accident and my car was towed there with the keys in it. That was Saturday, and they wouldn't let me get my keys and my personal belongings out of my vehicle until today. In addition, there is trash and junk all over the property. They won't take checks and they won't take debit or credit cards. Only cash.Review from May M

They wont let me get my car.. They have told me 3 different prices on what the fee is. They wont let me get my car they keep giving me the run around an its really has been frustrating.Review from laneisha j

they are very wrong they are very inconsiderate they raise the price on me and my family way to many times! the manager chrissty is very horrible she has an horrible attitude woke up with it or something! i was in a real bad car accident the 11th of may and in rehab now trying to get better all i want is my kids things out of there and mines making things very hard for what!

I have spoken to the owner in question and many many of her family members, the vehicle is not register we are unable by law to give items out of a vehicle with out proof of ownership to someone, we provided a service and until fees are paid we do not move forward. We have been spoken to out of line by all members here to the point they know they are in the wrong and call back saying sorry, I wake up happy each day I am sorry they fell me doing my job and following the law is rude.
