            On dec 15 I went to get a pattern tattooed o to my neck by *** and what he gave me was not the pattern I asked for and the ink he put on me was faded and blotchy and not solid. I paid 250$. On feb 16 2023 *** agreed to fix my bad tattoo for free so he at least filled in the pattern with solid ink and then I told him to match an existing red that was already on my neck and fill in the background of that pattern. The color ted he gave me does not match at all. It is bold bright solid and off shade. What he has decided to put into my neck does not compliment my existing tattoos and none of it is what I actually asked for. When I tried to get in touch with the owner to get this issue resolved, the owner was unreachable. And *** refused to give me the owners number and instead insisted I let him fix it even though I stated that I am uncomfortable letting *** work on me any longer.
