My pickup date is Thursdays and thanksgiving is on Thursday so I figured my full trash cans would be picked up Friday or maybe Saturday. But nope still no pickup and its Monday, doesnt seem like anyone likes to answer the phone at this company either. Pretty frustrating. Not sure if what Im supposed to do with the rest of my trash.Review from Virginia G

I called M&M to get trash services to my newly bought property they took my information told me their pick up days and polices Nice enough . Then I got a bill in the mail paid it and 1st service to starting on following Tuesday. Well Tuesday came and NO SERVICE, So I called to find out why they called back and left a message that they have my address on NO PICK UP ORDER .I called back to them and ask why since I just bought this home and could they be confusing me with the prior owner. I was told I can't tell you why that's just what the owner said .I don't understand I was willing to show them that I own this property now, if the problem was with the prior owner .I was told no service I ask to speak with the owner nope . This is discrimination! This is a very unprofessional company I'm new to House Springs, MO. Not a friendly Welcome by far very sad about this experience . I can tell you thought I will be taking further action about my treatment by this company. ******** ******** ****Review from Everett W

Best service I have ever had! Very competitively priced also. People along my road keep putting bags of trash on top of my cans and this week they tipped over. Several bags of trash were now down in the ditch along my road. Our driver picked them all up and disposed of them for me! Thank you so much. I highly recommend this company and they will be seeing a nice Christmas bonus from me. God Bless you all.
