              We have been in contact with Fredric for the last year trying to resolve a issue with the gutters that they install on your fellowship hall. The gutters that was taken down was one pice and they were suppose to be replace in the same manner. The gutters were not replace correctly. The gutters butt up in the middle of the run and they leak when it rain at the point of where they a jointed together. I talked with **** the project manger who said he would make it right. He kept putting of meeting with me and I called and talked with the owner but the issue was not resolved. I have no other choice but to try to get the issue resolved through the BBB. I hope that you call can assist us with this matter.

              I had a terrible experience. The first time they broke the white wrap that surrounds the corners of the house. They tried to cover it up with caulk. Next time they pained half of the wrap. Nest time they fixed that kind of and broke and removed 3 slates of siding and did not offer to fix. I have to now pay another company to correct the mistakes they made. Ecstatically, where they worked looks terrible. The first visit i walked outside and overheard 1 worker made a comment to an older gentleman "That is on you". There was no full disclosure being able to admit a mistake was made.Beware...

              We did return to correct the problem. While there, the men asked the customer to come and look at the area in question (after we repaired it) and she approved the work. We did not know there were any issues after that day.
