Very professional and knowledgeable team. They have the equipment of the big companies but the smaller business mindset that all projects have to be perfect. I'll recommend them to all my friends and family. Nobody wants to have to think about their roof - you want to take it for granted. Allen Roofing lets me get back to ignoring it knowing it's all taken care of for years to come

I have used Allen Roofing many times over the years for anything and everything from a roof replacement to simple roof repairs, shingle replacements, gutter downspout repairs and gutter guard installations. I have never once been disappointed in their service and the service I received today was no exception. Allen Roofing communicates well, which is something I value in any contractor and they are always very transparent. The quality of their work is top-notch too. I recommend Allen Roofing to anyone for any of their services and for any job, big or small.Review from James H

Terrible to deal with. Worked with them for over 6 months to try to get our roof repaired. They were generally uncommunicative. Said they'd have to remove our ********* guttering system, which could have resulted in extra expense for us. A representative from ********* offered to work with them, and even to meet them at our house, but got little or no cooperation from Allen Roofing. Finally, we went to the office and cancelled our contract. They didn't ask why, they didn't apologize for our bad experience, they didn't ask how they could make it right, nothing. We ended up going with Shelby Roofing, which was everything Allen wasn't. They worked with our insurance company and replaced our entire roof in one day without having to touch the guttering system.Allen Roofing & Siding Response
