Mr. ******************** was spotted by and next my property on my video cameras taking a picture of my home he claimed that he was taking picture of all the trees, in the area, but according to some research and according to one complaint, Mr. ********************, does not own certain properties, and according to other complaints people lived in homes without a occupancy permit, I find that real strange. and he does not own mine, he claimed that he was taking pictures of all the trees in the area but little did he know my security camera showed him only taking pictures of my home front and back, and no other homes nor trees , around other neighbors home. So if Mr. ******************** offers anyone property in ***********, a little green house be sure of ownership, I did notify the police...of this odd behaver and showed them the video footage, I watched him from the time he parked his car to taking a picture of the front of my home only, and no one else's, and my neighbor saw it a took a picture of his license plate number. so be warn I ****************** involved if need be, I have recorded evidence and a police report, very Odd behavior just thought I'd report it

Eaton properties is the property management company for our townhome subdivision, since we have moved in three years ago we have had nothing but problems with them. Any time you try to call and request work you typically will not hear back for days, if anything even happens at all. One experience I had with them concerned a leaking gutter on my back patio, I called at least 3 times and never had anyone come out to fix this issue. It finally got so bad that the cedar siding was beginning to rot where the gutter was leaking, once I mentioned this I was finally able to get someone out to fix this minor issue. My most recent problem concerned a broker piece of concrete between my driveway and front door. The concrete has been broken and eroding since I purchased my townhome, I called numerous times about this issue and never heard back from anyone at Eaton. I finally got sick of tripping on the large hole in the concrete and mentioned that eventually someone is going to get hurt by tripping on this hole. Once I said that, someone finally came out the next day to view the issue. The following day some workers were outside my front door, I received no notice at all that work was going to be done. The workers were nice enough and told me that they were going to match the new concrete to a piece of smooth concrete that had previously been replaced. On the third day of work, I returned home and they has installed the concrete, however, they had chosen to install a small aggregate style of concrete that matched neither my front porch or the smooth concrete by my driveway. I proceeded to call Mr. Eaton and voice my concern about the issue. For the entire phone call Mr. Eaton was very touchy and aggravated with me, even though this work was paid through my HOA dues. He told me that my HOA board made the decision and I had no choice in the matter of what they installed and then when I pressed more on the topic, he hung the phone up on me. Now I have three different styles of concrete in front of my townhouse and am in the process of filing complaints with my HOA board. I would highly advise against anyone using Eaton Properties as a property management company.
