Our warranty company sent this company to replace our garbage disposal. They got me in the next morning bright and early, and the plumber was quick, respectful, and left the work area clean. I am very happy with the service we received.Review from Marla K

IDK what to think. My warranty company sent a plumber who claimed he couldn't turn the water off because the shut off valve didn't work, however, he turned the water off under the sink. Now, three days later and I have yet to hear back from him as to what the next move should be...I called the company and didnt get an answer and when I did speak to ***** she said she would find out what's going on and call me back....three days later and I still dont know how the issue will be resolved nor do I have water in my sink.Review from Gina H

We had slow drains in the home and a shower that would not regulate temperature properly. First they told us that the shower would be a separate issue we would need to enter a separate claim for with the home warranty. I thought that was weird as the home warranty would have told me that if that was necessary. They cleared out the drain in the laundry room, but I noticed that the drain in the kitchen remained slow. So I reopened the same claim as I had already paid the deductible for this. They came back out and said they would need to go in through the roof and would be back the next day with a ladder. Then my home warranty called me and said my claim was not covered because the blockage was not within my home. I requested a review as this was clearly a lie. The person reviewing said American Plumbing Solutions was clearly lying to them and they would approve the service as it was covered. I then received a call from American Plumbing Solutions making an appointment to come clear the drain. It was set for later in the day as I worked late the night before and when I woke up, I saw I had a missed call and called it back. It was them and the guy said he would call me back and hung up. He never called me back and he did not show up. Half an hour after my appointment window I called them again and they said they would be by the next day. They did not show up again. I was reassigned to another plumbing company that said the home warranty was allowing both the drain and shower under the same claim. So they fixed both, without accessing the roof, in a timely matter, and without lying to me or the home warranty. On 10/5 my toilet overflowed and cause damage to my electrical. The plumber fixed the toilet issue but stated that he would let the warranty company know that due to the water damage from the toilet he would recommend an electrician. I contacted the warranty company and the plumber lied to us. He did not put in his report that we will need an electrician and when the warranty company called them, they said the plumber did not recommend one. He told me and my husband that he would. Now we have to pay another service fee for someone to come out. I just wish professionals would stick to their word and honor itAmerican Plumbing Solutions LLC Response

We absolutely told the home warranty that you would need an electrician. The home warranty explained to not only the plumber that went out there but also the office manager that they would not cover for a electrician to come out. They explained that the electrical was secondary damage due to the toilet overflowing. They also stated that they do not cover secondary damage. There would be no reason for us not to let the home warranty know about the electrical being damaged. We always report damage do to water.Review from Danny B

Ive heard of mismanaged unorganized business but this one is the strongest ive encountered. Our home warranty company set us up with American Plumbing Solutions and like everyone else on every review you can find about this company they have no showed on our appointments twice. the first time they said they miss scheduled and promised a call back and of Corse they never call back nor give a flying **** about their customers or appointments or really anything. absolute garbage at this point I highly recommend you steer clear of this company and I really hope our warranty company replaces them with at least a half descent plumbing company these guys are a complete **** ****.American Plumbing Solutions LLC Response

CONSUMER WARNING!!!!! This company was assigned to me via my home warranty. I called them immediately upon being assigned. The lady who ALWAYS answers the phone offered me an appointment for two days later. Due to the 12-3pm time frame offered I had to take off of work. No one EVER called or showed up. I called them after 3PM, she said I'll call the servicing plumber and call you back or text you. An hour later I called and left a message. 24 hours later no response from the company. Two days after the no call, no show, no return call, the lady who ALWAYS answers the phone offered another appointment for the same 12-3 time. I explained to her that I could not take off of work and reminded her of the no call, no show, no return call. She immediately became RUDE and LOUD! Telling me she only has daytime M-F appointments. I explained to her that I missed work to accommodate them on the first of appointment and no courtesy was extended to me for my time. She offered me a weekend appointment and would get back with me in reference to the time once she speaks with a plumber. She NEVER called me back. I called many times and left messages. No reply. I finally had the warranty company reach out. The lady who ALWAYS answers the phone said "I was not home when they arrived" and that "they were at my property" which I called during a day and time when they were not to be at my property. It was very off putting to be in contact with a company that lacked integrity and good customer service. If you are EVER assigned to this company I STRONGLY recommend that you request a different company. Hopefully this spared you frustration and headache.American Plumbing Solutions LLC Response

Your Home warranty called me with you on the other line. The lady from your home warranty asked if we could go out to your home on Wednesday April 14th 2021 in the afternoon. I said yes we could come out between 100 to 400 in the afternoon. She said perfect she would that would work great and that you were on the other line and to set that appointment for you. I sent a plumber out to your home at 130 on Wednesday he knocked on the door there was no answer. he waited a few and knocked again no answer. He went back out to the truck and got in the truck. About five minutes after getting into the truck a lady pulled up behind him so he got out of the truck think it was you. No it was another lady that yoy had an appointment with. In the meantime you called the office and asked me when my plumber was suppose to be there. I had yet to talk to the plumber and I told you that he should be there at anytime. You then stated that you would not be home until 430. I was never loud or rude but did explain that the plumber could not sit there for three hours waiting for you. I called the plumber and explained to him that you would not be home til 430. He did then call it into the home warranty and the other woman that was waiting for you asked him if he had heard anything and he explained to her that you would not be home til 430 she was also shocked.Customer Response

I don't think I have to type much here, just read through the other postings that stated how dishonest this company has been prior to being assigned to me. Another made up story! I have phone records and home surveillance to prove who comes in and out of my home. I called well after the appointed time and the lady who ALWAYS answers the phone yells "HE'S ON HIS WAY" I responded with a resounding "NO" You promised me an evening appointment and you all no called no showed me....TWICE! No one else pulled up to my home with an appointment, that is FALSE. Not to mention my sweet retired neighbors are ALWAYS watching my home and share things down to when the mail man and sanitation workers come on the daily. This is why I try to read reviews to prevent things like this from happening. Her response displays her irritation with me having the warranty cancelling with them for another company. I had a much better experience with someone else who was a breath of fresh air compared to American Plumbing Solutions LLC.
