      i cant believe Weber did a customer like that but i see im not the only 1 i had work done 1/2week for a lot of money and my care is still not fixed they took my money and i took my car back for them to right their wrongs but they have told me they have a estimate so now they want labor all over again to fix something i believe they try to get over on single moms if i could help a mom stay away i will be satisfied its awful we trust them buy the expensive **** from them and the service department fails us

      This place seems cool at first , but they rip people off like no other. Im a college student with a little money to spare other then bills and necessary expenses. I took my 2013 Chevy Malibu in for a recall and to fix an oil leak I had. They began to fix it and charged me 1200$ it was fine it was driving good when I left the building. Within 2-3 days it started jerking and doing things its never done before. So we call Weber to get it back in at the start of the next week. (mind you Im a college student so my cars stuck on campus) This time they tell me I have an even bigger oil leak because the part they fixed got stuck in a weird place and began to break valve next to it. Even with a receipt from the previous fix up they charged me another 950 and told us there was nothing they could do about it even tho they admitted to my face that they broke it when installing the last part. After the second time it was driving good again for about a week until one day I just cant start my car , I call Weber they said theyd look at it and come up with a price . So I just decided not to go back because they like to take advantage of people for there money. The intentionally give you a reason to come back by corrupting small Parts and then tell You there not liable its utterly disgusting and my car was purchased from there exact location. Still not drivable till this day because a college kids needs to have money for all there expenses.

      Took my 2017 Camaro in because of a minor issue with the transmission. I bought the car from that dealership and it is still under warranty. I made an appointment for 10:15am on Friday June 17th. They called at 4 pm Friday saying they were behind a little and needed to keep my car through the weekend because they do not work on the weekend. I was not happy about this as I do not have another vehicle. But thought what other choice do I have. On Monday June 20th at around 4pm I received yet another call from Weber saying they still did not have time to get to my car and needed to keep it another day. I was very unhappy and expressed that I would have to borrow a friend's car for a third day,as they did not offer a replacement car at all! So finally on Tuesday June 21 I didn't receive a call so I took it upon myself to drive to the dealership before they closed to check on the car status. They told my my car was in fact ready and they told me they didn't find anything wrong with it after test driving it for 20 min twice. As I expressed how unhappy I was I was met with oh hay sorry but not my problem kinda attitude. I then got in my car and noticed they had used half a tank of gas and left it on E. I called the dealership as soon as I got home but the dealership was closed. I called Wednesday and no one returned my call until today. They gave me the run around until I asked to speak with the dealership supervisor. **** is who I spoke with. He had nothing but sad excuses and said they should have gave me my car on Friday and made another appointment. So I asked what he was going to do about the fact that they drive my car for 40 min and then did nothing to the car because they couldn't recreate the issue I had. They could have changed out the transmission fluid or something! Also they should have put the gas tank to where it was when I dropped it off. Not good business. Very upset
