            We bought an extended warranty thru ******* for our refrigerator. The ice maker stopped working in 2021. VP repair was assigned to us. The issue continued to happen since. Last claim was filed 1/2023. VP repair has continued to tell us our parts are on backorder and they have no idea for how long. Due to the parts issue I have been in contact with the warrenty company the past several weeks to try to find a solution. They have been unable to proceed with any resolution because after many attempts to contact VP repair they cannot get anyone to answer or return their calls to get specific part information needed for claim. According to the warranty company VP repair did not supply them with info at the time they came to our house to address problem. Whenever we have ateempted to call them they never answer the phone and you may get a text back at some point. We did not get to chose the company we wanred to use, they were assigned to us by the warranty company.

            I will not even bless them with a star. We had a Maytag dryer that went out and was only 8 weeks old that quit on **. It was purchased at ***** so u have to go thru whirlpool for warranty. A man came out and said our cord was bad and we said please just give ** a replacement. He contacted whirlpool two days later and told them we did not want it fixed. We have contacted whirlpool several times after a 20 minute wait on hold and cant get anything done. Also contacted VP Appliance to straighten it out for us and he wont comply. They dont even answer their calls.
