              I purchased a new refrigerator from this company for my daughter on April 9th. I paid cash, $1000.00. The refrigerator was delivered to her home. She transferred her food from the old appliance to the new one. A few days later she noticed that the food in the freezer was thawing. She called the store and someone came out. They said they could not repair it there, it would have to be taken back to the store. In the meantime, they gave her an old appliance so that she would at least have something to put her food in. Most recently when I spoke to them, they said they are waiting for parts (from GE) that are coming from China. I asked them if I could choose another appliance from the floor and not have to wait for the part and they said no. I also asked for my money back and they said no, absolutely not.

              Cook's has always been wonderful! Their repair service can usually get me in the same week that I call! The environment is light and fun and they really do make the process of getting an appliance purchased or repaired a walk in the park. I will continue to use Cook's! :)
