    I attempted to get charges for services that were not received credit back. The owner refused to honor the contract and completly misrepresented the facts and in point of fact a total lie to the credit card company. We tried to ship china to my brother in TN. She did express her opinion that my boxes were not packed correctly, when asked how much it would cost to repack them, she stated “Could be $10-$25 per box”. I wrapped the china in paper and bubble wrap. We asked the owner Ms. ***** about extra insurance which she declined us. This is a violation of our rights. My husband and I called Ms. ***** ton April 29, 2021 to try and resolve it agian. During this conversation she stated: “I am old, I can’t remember exactly what was said.” WE would like the $353.38 to be paid to us. Three hundred for insurance and $53.38 for the fee she charge for a service not provided.

    Not good. I shipped a package and it was delivered looking like it had been run over by a truck. Needless to say, the contents were destroyed. The woman who claims she is an owner, *****, said she filed a claim and that I would only receive about half of the value back. She did not offer me insurance on the package, I didn't know this was offered through UPS, but she basically called me a liar and told me she did offer it to me. Each time I go in the store she has been rude, short, and anything but friendly. If she is in fact an owner, she should NOT be dealing with the public. ***** also refused to give me the name of another owner of the same store (5061) and refused to give me the information of UPS corporate so that I could escalate the issue. Seriously, is it really worth 95 bucks, *****? Let me make it clear, it certainly is TO ME. I'm contacting UPS corporate executive team to get this resolved. AVOID this store. I am owed $214.94, and was offered only $119.94.

    I am sorry that Ms ***** felt that I was rude. In reviewing footage of the transaction, I most certainly was not. I never, NOT ONCE, called Ms. ***** a liar. She also told my corporate office (that I gave her the website for) that she didn't sign our PSO . So, since we are not able to print the shipping label w/o a signature, and I have a copy of her signature on it, she may not be remembering the question. I was certainly NOT calling her liar. I followed protocol and even filed the claim using the receipt amount of $195. that she provided to me for the claim. UPS makes the determination as to the repayment amount. I understand that Corp IS giving her the total refund; something that I'm not able to do. The funds come from UPS, not the franchise store. Ms ***** is not entitled to my partners names; nor would they be of any service. I am the one that operates the store, handles the claims, etc. I'm glad that she was able to get her full refund by going to Corp.
