              The keypad battery died on a gun safe and I couldn't find a key for the safe. I called ARC and was directed to *** in their commercial division. He gave me suggestions on what to ask the manufacturer. Unfortunately, after several days of going back and forth with First Alert I was told that my model had been discontinued and they no longer offered support or replacement parts. They suggested I contact a locksmith. I told *** and he offered to do some research and get back to me. He DID. *** offered solutions, told me the pros and cons of each, and the cost I could expect for each option. *** came out today and was able to get the safe open so we could replace the batteries. He arrived when he said he would, was polite, friendly and very knowledgable. He got the safe open for a reasonable cost and is going to try and figure out a way to get a key made in case of future problems. I highly recommend *** and ARC for their true Customer **********************
