    I would give zero stars if possible. I have rented from Common Cents rental for years without any problems until last week. I rented a tractor and as soon as I got it to the job-site it broke down. I immediately called the office and someone was sent out to fix the tractor. I was told it would take at least 3 hours, so I asked if I could just get a different tractor as it was late in the day and rain was coming. They refused and said I would only get an additional 3 hours added to my rental. This was unacceptable, not only because rain was coming, but also because I would be paying my crew over-time for something that was Common Cents rentals fault. They have lost my business. Very poor customer service

    This is not 100% accurate, he did in fact call us, we offered him to come get another skid, he refused and said the present skid was in the way. We informed him we would send someone out, give us a bit because he was on another job. So we sent our mechanic out to the job site in less than an hour, at the same time the customer showed up at our place expecting a skid, after he informed us and refused the orginal offer to get a skid because, he couldnt use the skid because the other one was in the way. So we explained to him that because he showed up without waiting for our mechanic that now our mechanic could not get on the job site to fix it without him there, so the customer had to go back out because he didn't listen to us stating a mechanic would be out. Since we fixed it on the spot and it did take 3 hours, we extended his rental an additional 3 hours to make up for that lost time. We couldn't understand why he showed up, when he told us on the phone you couldn't use another skid because the other one was in the way and the mechanic who came out to the job site, confirmed that you wouldn't have been able to use it either because of the broke downone. We got the machine fixed, extended his time, there was nothing else we can do. Now he is HARRASSING on line, having his family give us bad reviews, hitting everything he can to give us a bad review, He didn't listen to us, he refused another machine because the down one was in the way.

    I did not refuse another tractor. I said the other one was in the way, but I could move it out of the way. There is no one except me that left negative reviews. You didn't realize that ******************* is my name. I am not harassing in any way. ******** and ***************************, who are owner and employee of Common Cents rental have left negative reviews on my company in several places. I have never done work for either one of them. The negative reviews they left were pure retaliation for my negative review. Very childish and unprofessional.

    You refused the skid over the phone. Said the other one was in the way, you couldn't move it because it was broke down. The mechanic who showed up at the job site verified that and the machine had a broken belt so it wouldn't move. You are harrising us, you have gone out of your way to post all over **************** and BBB and having others do the same. My daughter did leave a bad review but was told to retract it since she was not directly involved. You have done work with us, you rented a skid from us, that is doing business with us. You didn't listen to my staff when you refused the other skid about waiting for the mechanic. You were offered a replacement over the phone, you refused it once again you refused it due to the other one being in the way, it was confrimed by the mechanic.

    You were not our customer. I was your customer, which gave me the right to write a legitimate review. No one else has written a review for me. My name is *******************. I wrote the 2nd review because the 1st wasn't showing up. When I saw the 1st one, I tried to delete the duplicate without success. I'm not going to continue to argue the facts with you. Bottom line it would have been much more professional to admit there may have been a misunderstanding instead of flat out calling a customer a liar and being very rude and unprofessional about the whole situation. I have read all of your reviews and I see that it is useless to discuss anything with you. You never take accountability and always blame the customer. Very poor customer service.
