We started talking to ************************* owner of R&D May 9, 2021 about doing the yard job. Had to reach back out June 3, 2021 to see if he was interested. Signed contract and paid 50% down which was bidded for 2 loads of dirt, sod the yard, install irrigation system. One load of dirt was brought to the site and shared between our property and our neighbor's yard. Due to this there was not enough topsoil to level the yard and some areas didn't get enough good soil so the sod could survive. SOD was laid mid August. After which ******* wanting to send final invoice and collect the remaining 50% due at 'job completion'. While I did not consider the job complete, ******* understood the concerns, 'wrote and signed' that he would bring more dirt to level the yard where needed and reseed the yard the first or second week of September/2021. Because of this, I paid the remaining balance in full. By September 27 I contacted ******* to see when we could expect him to correct our yard as previously agreed. Response was 'I'll look and see when I can get a couple guys by there and get it knocked out'.October 18 I reached out again trying to get the yard completed. Response was 'I'll get it laid out and let you know'. November 5 he reach out after one of our friend's family members who are also friends with him and his wife reached out to him. At this time he acknowledged 'We will be there soon can...' and '....don't worry I stand behind my word.' May 9 2022 We reached out to see if he was going to address the issue. His response was 'Yes it will be made right I need to come by and see if it's still the same ampunt needed'. We said he was welcome anytime. He replied 'Sounds good, I don't know when this week will be but I'll make best to get there'.It is now July 6th, 2022 as I right this. We have yet to hear from ******* and the yard remains incomplete. Do not consider this company unless your preference is to experience the same.
