I had ordered a shower chair, wheel chair and bandages on Sept 29, 2021. The primary DR has sent over the request 6 times after missing a few areas on the form, all has been completed on the 6th time the DR had faxed. I spoke to Nextra at beginning of November for the 10th time and they confirmed they had received the form but would need 48 hours to process. I was told the items would be shipped an received within 2 weeks. Nov. 30, 2021. No supplies! I called back back and Selena, Nextra Rep stated the paper they received from DR was compressed and faded and it would not be processed. I have a sister that hasn't been able to properly care for her wounds and shower in 63 days because of Nextra failing to do their part with getting supplies to us. Day 63, I still have nothing and no way to take care of my sister after having 2 surgeries. She has suffered with open wounds and we have patched as good as we can and drain tubes. The equipment is much needed!! 11/30/21 I called, nothing has been done and the insurance has fully approved the equipment 100%. I've placed multiple calls and nothing ever gets completed. The primary DR AND SURGEON'S NURSE have tried to help me get the equipment through Nextra and they also have been unsuccessful. I have her wounds healed decently. But, we desperately need the wheel chair and shower chair that have been approved with insurance and primary DR.
