I purchased this furnace four years ago in 2018 the first and second year after I purchased the furnace I did not have any problem, but the third year is when I noticed that there is a loud banging coming from inside of the furnace. I called the business and they sent someone out, but they did not hear the sound. I called again and they requested that I record the sound and send it to the business via email. To this day the furnace will make the sound ever so often. This year the furnace is blowing out cold air and making the sound. A technician came out this year did not stay long I had to pay a service fee which was 79.00 and then I called again for the furnace blowing out cold air and paid 79.00 and the tech only tightened some screws and left. The third time they waived the service fee, but charged for the technician services they replaced the blower and the furnace is not blowing out warm air. You set the the desired temp on the thermostat the furnace goes on, clicks off and comes back on ten minutes later and on the thermostat still reads what I set it to. the Furnace is under warrant I would like a replacement furnace
