On 3/4/22 I paid my $75 deductible with ************ to dispatch Crites ******************************************* to respond to a service request regarding my dishwasher. Prior to the visit Id turned the water off to prevent leaking. During the visit Crites turned the water back on to find the leak. When they left he failed to turn the water all the way off. As a result, on 3/5 I returned home to my kitchen floor being covered in water and my basement leaking water from the ceiling. When I called Crites they responded that it was not their issue and I needed to call *** to request a plumber. *** dispatched a separate plumber to come out and check the leak. *** stated that they would need to open a separate claim and I would need to pay an additional deductible. I paid and the plumber came out on Monday 3/7/22. The plumber immediately realized that Crites did NOT turn the water all the way off thus, causing continuing leaking. When I called *** to loop them in on the poor workmanship and questionable assessment of Crites, I was told that their process was to call Crites back and have them come back out to reassess. During the call *** states that they tried to call Crites multiple times however they were being sent straight to voicemail. Id also had the same experience with failure to answer calls to the main line. Even with lack of a callback from Crites and ***, Crites still showed up on 3/16/22 to install parts to the dishwasher. Parts that Crites said would fix the dishwasher. Upon leaving, the dishwasher doesnt drain and my sink backs up. I then call Crites and I am told that my issue is with my waste disposal and not them and I need to call *** to request a plumber. I called *** and updated them. They again tried to teach Crites with no success. I called *** back 2hrs later and they still were unable to reach Crites. I pay a monthly fee and have paid a deductible twice to fix my dishwasher. To date, Crites did not return my callback requests they just stopped communicating period.

We responded to HSA immediately. We explained to the warranty company that this is a drain issue . Hsa closed the ticket. She Needs to take this up with HER ***************** Before the tech left her home he explained to her that the before leaving. This is not a appliance issue. The shut off not shutting off is a PLUMBING ISSUE!!!

No one ever answers the business line you automatically go to voicemail then no one ever returns your call. When they schedule you for an appointment they do not show nor do they call you to explain that there is a delay in responding.

There were no messages left from Customer since our email tracks every message that is left from our customers. We have booked Customer for the25th from 8-12 since that is our first available spot in our schedule. We are a very busy company and it takes a few days to respond. Didn't know the customers need our assistance if a They didn't leave voice message.

This company is impossible to deal with! They never answer the phone and take forever to call you back. They don’t show up to scheduled appointments and reschedule at their convenience. Excuse or not, they have told us on numerous occasions that medical issues are the reason for their lack of service, which is terribly unprofessional! They have closed our claim, through our home warranty company, 2 times and the problems continue to persist! I would definitely not deal with this company if not for our warranty company.

we have a video showing the microwave worked on Friday April 30th. Cant help if the microwave doesn't act up in front of the tech. The recall has been cancelled through the warranty Company. per Warranty company which I was in contact with today and Hoomeowner after he left me a message today.
