I have a home warranty but I paid this company $700. I had Ameren come out to check the meter. They checked the house out and found 6 pin hole leaks. I called the warranty company and they sent out Arrow Heating and Cooling. He found out that I had other claims with the warranty company. He said he had a helper coming to help. I was next door and told him to call me if he needed me. We would have to have the gas turned back on due to the leaks. He was sent to repair the pipes; he was to build the warranty company. He called them from my home and was arguing about the drive time. He told them that the pipes were galvanized and rusted, which they are not. The Ameren guy came out that same day to turn the gas on. He checked the work. The man from Arrow demanded cash from me. The Arrow man said more pipe was used than actually was. I have a document from the Ameren man attesting to the amount of pipe that was used. He used less than 5 feet of pipe.  I have asked for documentation from him for what he submitted to the warranty company and have given him a deadline.
