      Roberts Electric recently replaced a fuse box for ** and installed some outdoor lights. They did a great job at a reasonable rate. The installer was polite and informative. Overall, we are extremely happy with their work.

      ***** from Roberts Electric cam out twice for electrical work to be done at my house. He was very personalble and honest and knows what he is doing. I had another electricial installed light in kitchen celing and put in a new ballast, took two days, and it did not work after six months ***** came out and fixed it right away with no problem and just came out yesterday and fixed another problem I had. Roberts Electric is also resonable on their pricing

      Robert’s Electric did the electrical work for my kitchen and powder room remodel. I can not speak highly enough about their communication, knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction. My experiences with *** providing the quote/project outline, ***** in the office, and *****, *****, and the rest of the onsite electricians were phenomenal.

      I used Robert Electric's service for installing the outlet for w whirlpool tub. They did quality work and used very good quality parts. However the bathtub I got was a different design and did not had an access panel (it was installed later by the Plumber and we did not know during electric installation) Ballwin inspection gave suggestions and I had to call Robert Electric back. They were very courteous and came back and did the suggested changes. During the second inspection, the inspector gave some more suggestions which unfortunately wasn't on the first inspection. I called Robert Electric again and they came back the second time and did the requested changes. I was very happy with their services and handling of my case. I would definitely recommend them

      BEWARE!! Good reviews can lead to lots more customers and that can lead to poor service. This is what we think happened to us. We called Robert's Electric because of all the good recommendations on ********. Bob came to our house on May 5, gave us an estimate, and said they were booked out until June 22. That was okay with us because none of our projects were urgent. Fast forward to this week. We were told two electricians would arrive at 7:30 on Tuesday, June 22. One showed up about 8:30 and the other arrived around 11:00. They finished about one-third of the scheduled work, and just before 1 pm announced that they had to leave because they had another job and likely would not be able to come back for several weeks!! What?!! They are rescheduled to return on July 28. In addition, one of the tasks was incorrectly done and an entire circuit is dead. Despite numerous requests, Bob has not returned our call. They are probably overwhelmed, BUT there is no excuse for this behavior!

      The original scope of work would have been completed in the allotted time but the day before we were supposed to arrive, the customer called and added additional work. His voice message at 11:22am on June 21 (my messages are transcribed and sent to me via email) stated "I know your fellows are showing up at 8:30 tomorrow morning. I wanted to see if it is possible to add another 220 line. There is an existing 220 line that goes to a disconnected thingy here and its live. I'd like them to tie into that and put in another 220 line. Is that possible? I know that was not part of the original bid but anyway. If you can let me know". I called Mr. **** and told him IF our electricians had time to add the additional line, they would but if they didn't, he would have to reschedule that for another day. He knew this the day before we were scheduled to arrive. He also states in his complaint that the electricians were supposed to arrive at 7:30 which is not accurate. We don't start until 8:30 and he even stated that in his message. I am not sure why he is not giving the information accurately. Had he not added the additional work, odds are they would have finished. Regarding the circuit that is dead, when our electrician left the home, he spoke with Mr. **** and told him that everything was working and that he has "swapped out the wires" and would check again we we went back. Mr. **** never informed us that the circuit was dead or I would have sent someone there to check the circuit. Mr. **** did call on Friday, June 25th at 9:58am. I returned the call and told Mr. **** that *** was not available and asked if I could help and he responded "no" he wanted to speak with the electrician and with ***. I gave the electrician the number and he spoke with Mr. **** the morning on June 25th. Mr. **** then called back after business hours on Friday, June 25th at 5:14pm and left the message that "I'd like to speak with ***, it's very important". I received the message on Monday June 28th and returned the call. I left a message stating that *** was not in the office and I would give him the message when he returned. Those are the only 2 messages he left and both were returned by a representative of the company and not ignored as this complaint implies. I told Mr. **** if we had any cancellations that I would get his appointment moved up and as of now, that is the best we can do.
