Business ProfileforDentistry for Children

I have never made any appointments, signed any contracts, or even been to Children's Dentistry yet I've been continually harassed with bills and letters to my house for a missed appt. I called and explained that I have never been there, made an appt, nor signed any documents or contracts with Children's Dentistry. I call the office and told them to remove my name and any contact info they have for me in their system. The office manager said that my ex wife or someone else made an appointment for one of my children and used my insurance card. I explained that she would need to contact whomever made and missed an appt but clearly it's not me nor my responsibility, she seem to agree and said she would take care of it and "notate my acct". Since then I have received about a half a dozen more bills and felt continually harassed. The bill they keep sending shows $186 paid to the Children's Dentistry. I don't know what they did but a check up and evaluation should be no more that $120 or so with x-rays. My insurance paid them but I didn't authorize any charges and find that amount excessive for an oral evaluation and, with the harassment taken into account, feel I should be refund fully! Cleary any further contact via phone, mail, or any other contact method with be treated as harassment and prosecuted accordingly. All of my contact info, insurance info, etc must be immediately purged from Children's Dentistry as I do not authorize them to use nor store my information. I have literally never heard of them before they started harassing me over a "missed appointment" I never made. This company has not signatures or ANYTHING from me authorizing any use of my information or charges to my person. This is a cease and desist order. I further want a full refund for any charges made to me or my insurance.
