            I went to the Forest Park Dental Practice for a routine Dental examination paid for by my dental insurance in October 2022. I explored options for Invisalign treatment and arranged for a care credit loan of $1900. I did not go through with the treatment and called their office to cancel the procedure within a week. But they went ahead and charged me the whole $1900+the appointment which I did not even attend. I called care credit to dispute and called the dental office and they assured me they had canceled my order and did not charge me anything. But my care credit loan has gone up from 1900 to 2400 dollars and the dental office refuses to schedule an in-person time to talk and get issues clarified. They only talk over the phone, do not answer questions, and then disconnect the line. This is a predatory practice that refuses to meet in person to sort out issues as their doors are locked and only appointment holders for dental procedures can enter. This predatory practice is swindling people out of their hard-earned cash.

            Appointment was cancelled despite earlier confirmation and providing requested intake paperwork by end-of-day prior to appointment as instructed. Business then stated policy was to cancel without notification if intake not provided by 2pm the day prior. Not typical. Poorly communicated. Unprofessional.
