After some major storms during spring 2023 through fall of 2023 we were contacted by Enterprise Contracting to do a free evaluation of our roof, not knowing how bad our roof actually was and really not knowing how old our roof was this company was a blessing. Not only was our roof damaged but the wood under the roof was also damaged and very soft. This company saved my family a lot of headache and money with their free evaluation and were there for us every step of the way to get us a complete new roof and we even got to pick out the color we wanted which was awesome, along with replacing the damaged wood underneath. They informed us of everything before the job started, insurance (what they will and will not cover), when the job was being preformed they also made us aware of the rotting boards and even got to see what they were talking about which I loved because transparency seems to be their number one with their customers along with their exceptional customer service team, and the team that they had working on our roof was top notch even going as far as covering my front yard as well as my back yard with tarp so they didn't miss anything that fell due to us having pets which was really going the extra mile. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

******* for ECI was in my yard MARCH 2023, Insurance filed, contract signed and $10,000. DEPOSIT was given by APRIL 2023. Delay after delay, no communication on the part of the company. My sales rep. ***** is awesome. The office NOT so much, total frustration with no communication about the schedule, constant delays with the material, not being ordered (no follow through). I HAD TO KEEP CALLING! They take no responsibility for the delays or lack of communication. I understand weather delays but they will not take responsibility for the dropping the ball repeatedly over nearly a year! NO communication with the gutter installer showing up to rip my gutters off when the roof job was NOT done! Finally the roof gets installed on MON. JAN. 29, ****. ******* LOOKS BAD from the street with a white sheet metal on the peppercorn or dark crown. Over 30yrs in my house and my roof has always looked good. They do not know what they are doing with sheet metal tie in and blame the customer. My gutters are NOT scheduled as of today, Feb. 6 and MIGHT be done by the beginning of March. WHEN I THREATENED TO CALL AN ATTORNEY they said theirs would call me. I AM WAITING FOR THAT CALL NOW. I will start with the BBB!

We've had multiple discussions about this and spent over 40 minutes on calls addressing the matter. Let me make it clear once again: you were the one who selected the colors for the project. It's important to understand that you have misrepresented the process entirely, leading to our legal team reaching out to discuss the outstanding payment of $15,000 for the work completed. Since you were responsible for choosing the colors and now express dissatisfaction after installation, we will not be redoing it. We have followed our agreement's terms and are prepared to take legal action if needed.

We made every effort to ensure your satisfaction, even offering a 25% discount on the color redo you requested. However, instead of resolving the issue calmly, you chose to engage in aggressive behavior towards our employees. You repeatedly threatened legal action and resorted to verbal abuse, including derogatory language towards our staff. Despite our willingness to go above and beyond industry standards by involving the material manufacturer, we have decided to close the file and consult with our attorney due to the damaging and misleading information you have provided.

They have finished with *******, and I only have good words in all aspects. The experience was 10/10: adjusted price, breakdown report of materials and work done, punctuality of the workers to carry out the works, and daily monitoring of the job, replying and resolving doubts in the execution of the works. Everything was perfect, we couldn't have chosen a better company to repair our roof.

I paid over $15k Oct 25 2023 up front, big mistake. I was told it will take **** weeks to complete everything after signing the contract. Well here we are Jan 31, **** and no scheduled date yet. I constantly have to reach out for any updates.

We understand your frustration, but please note that we have been transparent about this issue from the beginning.Regarding your review, you have made it clear that your intention with this review is to leverage discounts. We simply cannot complete the work under such hazardous weather conditions. There is no performance clause in our agreement that would obligate us to compensate you considering the weather, as discussed, was the problem. However, we empathize with your situation and want to find a fair resolution.
