I just sent the following e-mail to (supposedly) Midwest StormTech... I just left another phone message for ** ******** this morning (1/4/22). I have been trying to get John's company, Midwest Stormtech, to repair a roof that they put on in Aug 2016. I have a written 10 year warranty on the roof signed by **** ********. Initial conversation with **** was Oct 20, 2021. I sent **** pictures of the feathered roof and followed up with him to make sure he received the pictures, which he did. **** was adamant that he would back up is work and repair the roof. He was going to have someone come out the week of Nov 1 to look at t he roof. I called **** several times the first half of Nov. Nobody answered. Left several phone messages for **** asking for a return phone call which I never got. Borrowed a friends cell phone on Nov 15 and called John. He answered and told me they had not ben to the property to look at the roof. He went on to say that they would be out by mid Dec. No communication since Nov 15. I called again today 1/4/22 and left another phone message. Tried to follow that ups with an e-mail but the e-mail for the company is dead and the Midwest Stormtech website is down. This is concerning. Is this company out of business now? I'm simply asking this company and its owner to back up his work and warranty. My conclusions at this point are that **** is not answering or responding to any calls from my cell phone number. This even though he said he said all the right things in our initial phone conversation. **** has not done anything he said he would do from Oct 20th on. The fact that this company's publicized e-mail and website are down is a little concerning.
