Salesman ***** was great, very knowlegible, the flooring we bought ,fantastic, only to be surpassed bu the installers. This information I gave to our insurance company at their request that they may use it for future reference. Thet also made reference to how reasonable the total cost was.Review from John D

Michaels flooring did a very good job. Have used them twice now and both times no issues. Installers are knowledgeable and work hard. I will use again for sure. Flooring is quality material. ****Review from Bryan W

Michaels Flooring did an excellent job from start to finish. This is the third large project Ive had them do Ive the last fifteen years and they never do a bad job. Great price and great installation. A+++Would highly recommend them.Review from Kathleen G

They have really beautiful & upgraded carpeting to pick from. They answered every ? We had & didnt try to upswell us. It all came in very quickly & the installers did such a beautiful job. We look like a new house. This was our third time going through them & will always be our go to place.Review from Alicia S

Had 3 rooms and hall carpeted by Michaels - product was as-purchased / expected and the two-person crew was professional and did a fine job with the install. Sales process was very quick and hassle-free with good communication along the way. Would purchase from / install with Michaels again.Review from Ed I
