    Hired this company to move our pool table. **** quoted us a price and when the job was completed we were over charged by 100.00. We had to be at the closing for our home so we couldn’t get ahold of ***** When we finally did and proved we overpaid for the price quoted we were promised a refund. That was on may 30th. We have been told the check was mailed. That it would be sent. And then no response. **** has also promised to get this refunded. No avail. Now we are not even getting out calls or texts returned. I also noticed that on their web site **** ****** the person named above is posting reviews about how “great” her company is. I have notified ****** as to this activity. This company employs extremely bad business practices. I am asking your help in getting my refund. We have copies of all texts and a recording of her promising our refund. Thank you

    Our initial appointment was scheduled for August 12, and they texted asking to reschedule for August 16, arriving between **** pm - not a problem. I told them my wife would meet them at the house where it will be picked up and gave them her cell number. My wife called to verify pickup, but no one answered. She waited for an hour, and texted the owner. After waiting for over two hours my wife received a text saying that we weren't on the schedule and no one was coming. After repeatedly asking them how they could make this right, they offered to "fit us in" on August 23. My wife gave up a half day of work, and they refused to offer any discount from the original price quote for our inconvenience and their scheduling mistake, followed by terrible customer service and poor communication. We will use other movers.
