I have had Creative Design and Build work on various projects with my home beginning in 2015. Initially, it was painting my entire interior, led to installing a new kitchen sink and faucet, installing can lights in my family room with a dimmer switch and eventually a new front porch. Everytime I was ready to do a little something as finances would allow, they were there. Good pricing, very professional..even though my projects were small, they made me feel valued.The reason I leave this review, is that I was affected by the severe flooding in St.******* back in late July. I had over two feet of water in my basement. No hot water, no air conditioning, and no washer and dryer. That was just the essentials, I lost far more that cannot be replaced.I knew that Creative did more than the little projects they had done for me in the past I absolutely know now how much more.I called and **** and his team came right out. Not only did they assess the damage for me, they assisted in handling my insurance company, put me in touch with FEMA and made sure my property was secured while I was displaced. I had no idea that a business could put the emotional strain I was under into consideration and also be able to get my home functional again.There is so much more I could say, but the important factor is that my basement is far better than it was before the flood.If you are looking for a company to do their best for your home with the greatest of professionalism, understanding and pricing..Creative Design and Build, will honestly help you Create and Build the home of your dreams.I look forward to my next projects, *******************.
