      I placed an order on 11/8/2023. The website said there was an 8-10 week shipping time. After the 8-10 week period, I began to email customer service to request an update on the order. I never received a response. On 1/15/24, I filed a fraudulent charge with my credit card company as I never heard back or received my order. On 2/27/24, I received an automated email from this company that my diapers had shipped. That is over 15 weeks since I placed the order with zero communication from this company. I spent over $800 on diapers that I can no longer use or return. I will never ever do business with this company again a complete scam and rip off.

      I ordered $300 worth of diapers on May 12th and have not received any information in regard to the shipment or delivery of the order. The company said that the shipment of supplies was delayed and I should get them by the end of July or early August. I emailed them this week 8/15 and asked where my order was and that I clearly wanted a refund. They have yet to email me back or refund my money. SCAM! Absolutely ridiculous. THEFT!

      Horrible customer service with huge lack of communication. We ordered a few Flip one-size diapers on 10/8. They supposedly shipped on 10/15 via **** but tracking never updated beyond stating "Shipping Label ******** **** Awaiting Item" per ****'s website. After waiting 10 business days, our package never arrived. So, we contacted Cotton Babies to find a resolution. The first response was within 24 hrs and stated that they could assure us that the package had shipped and to just keep waiting. We waited another week and emailed again stating that it was time to either refund our purchase or re-ship the items. At this point, email communication started becoming more infrequent from Cotton Babies. After waiting a few days for a response (mind you a month after placing our order), we opened a dispute with our credit card company so that we could get our money back. Two days after opening the dispute, we received an email stating how sorry they were that we had not received our package and that they would be happy to re-send our order or give us a refund. We replied to please re-send the order to which we received no reply. After a week of no word or response, we then received an email that they have learned of our credit card dispute and will not ship the items. At this point, we just responded that, given the poor service so far, we did not feel comfortable removing our dispute until we knew they were shipping our items and that we will just take our business elsewhere. This company NEEDS a ****** in good customer service! Hopefully my review, and others like it, will force their hand on the matter.

      As was repeatedly explained to the customer, not all **** packages are scanned by the post office when they receive the package. The **** is not consistent about scanning packages in transit. Additionally, there can also be significant delays with the ****. Delays with the **** are not the responsibility of either the customer or the business shipping the package. We re-ship the package if it has not arrived after 30 days since shipment. The package was reshipped early this week, per our policy.

      Cotton Babies did not "repeatedly explain" that postal packages are not always scanned at the post office when they receive the package. This was stated by the retailer only in the first email response to us. Additionally, we were not made aware of their policy regarding re-shipment if a package has not arrived within 30 days. Again, poor/lack of communication by the retailer is their biggest weakness. With that said, there is a weakness in their statement regarding reshipment as they state that they reshiped the items on 11/24 which is actually roughly 40 days after the original ship date and ************************************** any case, the last we had heard from Cotton Babies, on 11/18, they stated that they were not going to ship and instead forward all correspondence to our bank per our dispute. We were quite surprised today to find a package in the mail with our complete order from Cotton Babies. It is dated as shipped on 11/24 both on the postage and the packing slip. We had no idea that the order had been reshipped because no one at Cotton Babies had bothered to let us know. We do appreciate that they fulfilled the order but wow, what a mess. It really is amazing how clear communication can solve problems, something Cotton Babies obviously does not realize. Anyways, we have canceled the disputed charge with our bank since we actually received our items.
