              In August 2022 Economy Car Care Center, in **********, replaced the timing chain on my ***** CR-V.My issue is that the bolts were not tightened down properly on the cam chain guide, and over time 2 of the 3 backed their way out and one of them was out completely, as you will see in the attached photos. One of the loose bolts made a hole in the timing cover and it was leaking a considerable amount of oil. I took it to another local auto repair shop and they discovered that the oil was leaking from the timing chain cover, and the loose bolts inside the cover were the problem.I called Economy on Thursday 9/7/23, spoke with the store manager, told him the issue and gave him my phone number so he could follow up. Didn't hear anything back so on Monday 9/11/23, I emailed the owner of Economy, ***************************. Once again I haven't heard anything.

              Wow! Total incompetency. Called and set appointment to have my car looked at due to fluid leaking. Made an appointment for Thursday 10:00. All day Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and 1/2 of Monday go by. I dont hear peep. I drive to location, ***** looks at me and says whats up. I tell him I havent heard a word outta you guys for 4.5 days. He becomes combative and defensive and starts making excuses saying he cant force staff to show up, guys are sick, etc. Calls me Monday evening and leaves a message stating some of the repairs needed. I follow back up Tuesday morning and ***** said he has to plug the numbers in and give me an exact price but did ballpark me. 1 full week goes by and not one peep again. I once again show up at location and speak with **** and he has zero updates and nothing has been done. I have spent over $500 on rentals for the last 13 while absolutely nothing was being done and zero communication. I had called the owner and left message but he never responded. Stay away! One of the worst experiences of my life. I was called dude a few times by *****. Not a pleasant experience to say the least.
