    Complaint Type:
    Service or Repair Issues
    Status:
    Answered
I paid a $500 deposit for the car in June of 2022. I have since paid $205 dollars biweekly. My car is under warranty. The warranty covers repairs, all that is needed to be paid upon picking the car up from warranty repairs is $20. My car has been to the shop 3 times for repairs covered by warranty. Two times upon picking those cars up from the repairs the car has had issues less than 2 hours upon pick up. The other time was less than one month after. There are pictures to prove this most recent occurrence of picking the car up after being “repaired”. It was dropped off over a week ago to fix the power steering. Upon picking it up the steering column appears to have been super glued or hot glued back together. As well as there now being lights on the dash (check engine and air bag) and the dash says “service air bag”. When attempting to get of my loan with them and return the car to them I was told it would show up on my credit report as a repossession.

I wouldnt send anyone to them , I asked what was all wrong with my car and they told me the only thing that was wrong with my car was there was some rust on the side of the car . Not even two days later my breaks were making noises , when I turn it makes a noise , after the car runs for a little it starts to smell like something is burning , the passenger door takes forever to open from the inside , I called to speak with someone about it they were rude and hung up on me , my mother called he told her he was tired of the nagging and hung up . I went in to speak to him before I could even finish speaking he told me to get the f*** out of his face said he was tired of the b******* and nagging I asked him if he found that unprofessional he got very angry and hostile and started getting loud telling me to get the f out told me that I am a young du*b 22 year old and that they shouldnt have even gave me a car to begin with . A customer came in and he (****) asked him to tell me to get the f*ck out of his face told the man that with my check stubs he shouldnt of even gave me a car telling him all my business and situation . He threatened to call the police and I told him please do and that I would sit there and wait ! He did just that and the officer himself said this isnt the first time and that he has heard so many complaints he told me theres not much I could do since **** is the owner but he told me about BBB ! And Im hoping that with all these bad reviews that someone does something , he should not be in business still , he unprofessional, he is after young people and he doesnt care about how he treats anyone .. he believes that since he is the owner he can talk to you however , and that is not okay ! And dont get me started on the cars .. I really hope that one day someone handles this the right way ! **** is not a business man and he is VERY unprofessional!! If I could put 0 stars I would , dont even deserve the 1

In response to this complaint. We have done everything possible to try and make this customer happy and have done our part and more. When they came in the first time to inquire about buying a vehicle, we were not able to sell them a car at that time due to limited income. The customer returned 2 weeks later with a new paystub that was just enough to get them qualified for our lowest priced car on the lot. We showed the customer the car that was available, pointed out the rust and without even driving it said they would take the car. We still did not sell the customer the car that day and asked them to take the evening to make sure the payment, insurance and fuel would be affordable for the customer trying not to set the customer up to fail. The following day the customer returned with the down payment and insurance on the vehicle ready to buy, again asked the customer to drive the car to be sure this is what they wanted. The customer drove the car around the parking lot and did not want to take it out on the road to do a thorough test drive. They did mention the tire light was on and we told them that we do not repair the **** sensors but would make sure the proper PSI was in each tire. Told the customer that if they wanted the **** sensors replaced that they would have to pay to have them replaced. At that time the customer wanted to proceed with the sale. The following day on Saturday the customer called stating the oil light was on. The customer was told to bring the car in and that we do not have a mechanic here to do repair work on Saturday only oil changes but that he would check it out for them. The customer came in and was told the car needed an oil pressure sending unit and we would need to make an appointment to get it repaired. The appointment was scheduled for the following Friday. Monday the customer called in complaining about the brakes stating they were making noise and mad that they should have been checked and wanted to return the car and get their money back. The brakes had been checked and were fine, but we told the customer that the brakes and rotors are a covered item on the 24-month/24,000-mile limited warranty so they can be checked on Friday with their scheduled appointment and these were the only issues we were told about. We explained that we can not do a refund as we had already paid the tax, *************** fees. Also, we tried to explain to the customer that we can not predict what repairs will come up with the car and thats why we offer the limited warranty. After talking with the customer, the customers mother then called trying to get information on the account and started to get an attitude with employees and was told we can not give her any information as she is not on the loan. The customers mother continued with her attitude and was told we will not continue this conversation and the call was ended on our end. The following day the customer showed up with their grandfather, the customer was told that we can not do a refund and that we will get it in the shop to get those issues taken care of. The grandfather even tried to explain to the customer that this is a contract and the car is theirs. The customer left the building yelling and swearing and continued to scream at the grandfather outside for a good amount of time. The customer then returned in the building swearing and yelling at employees and turned the keys in. The customer was then asked to leave the building that we will not put up with this behavior and the customer refused. At that time, we did call and request an officer to come remove them from the building. The officer did have them leave the building and talked for a good amount of time outside. The officer then came back inside asking if they can have the car back and we did give the keys back as we are in a contract. The customer did return the following Friday to get the oil pressure sending unit replaced at no charge without charging the $20.00 deductible as the issue did happen the night of purchase. The brakes were checked at that time and were in working order with no issues found. The customer still at that time made no mention of any other issues.Sincerely Credit Pro Autos
