              I took my 2021 Kia Sorento to Suntrup Kia 08/09/2023 at 11:20 am. The desired service was an oil change and tire rotation. 1 week later I have discovered they have failed to put all parts back on to the vehicle as it seems to be leaking oil. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue as the first time I was 7 months pregnant with my daughter. When I discovered the huge amount of oil leaking from my vehicle we were leaving the doctors office for my daughter. I paid for an oil change , and now I have had to rent a car to get back and forth to work because when I called Kia they told me the earliest time I could bring my vehicle in was September 11th. How can someone drive a vehicle without oil ? This risks possibly ruining the engine or transmission. Kia had no regard for the safety of myself and my daughter. I have wrote reviews , and the company has been silent. No efforts to reach out have occurred. I paid for a service so this is unacceptable.

              If I could give 0 I would. The service manager was unacceptably rude and condescending. I asked for help with a vehicle I had bought less than a year ago actually 5 weeks prior the first time I brought it back in for burning a minimum 2 quarts of oil every 500 miles ( weekly for me ) They said they were not able to help me because my car was over ****** miles. I informed them i just bought this car and got an oil change and Im still running out of oil one month into my oils changes. That is something wrong with the car I asked for an oil consumption test be performed and he responded with due to your engine being over ****** miles we will not. I said I will pay for it I just need it done. he began to repeat himself condescendingly I might add and refused to schedule and then asked if there was anything else he could do and hung up. I was informed months later after purchasing an oil consumption test from a shop since they refused that the one I purchased cant be used and I have to go to a ******. They refused?!?!? So basically I have to pay for two oils consumption tests and still might be turned down for help and I have already spent **** at a shop that is useless and over $600 on additional oil to keep this car running. All because the Kia ****** on south ********* refused to help me originally. There should be consequences, I was lied to not just once I tried for months for someone at that ******ship to help me. Come to find out there is a class action lawsuit about this and my car has a lifetime power train warranty, so they lied about that too. I have been had and Im widowed single mom that was working two jobs and full time in school when I bought this car I didnt need this

              This vehicle was not purchased at Suntrup *** and we have no idea what type of lifetime powertrain warranty she is talking about? Our records indicate that the vehicle has been to our location one time on 02/27/23 and has not been back since. Although we empathize with her situation will not be assisting going forward. In reference to the comment ***** made on the way our employee spoke to her, I think the copy of the recording will show the truth. The way our employee was spoken to on 11/08/23 was horrendous and no one should have to accept that type of vulgar language Eryka used while speaking to our employee. We were professional and only stated the coverage *** offers on a second owner vehicle. May I add, not purchased from Suntrup. The recording of the phone conversation is available.
