              I bought a car from this company back in February of 2022. The vehicle that I bought was a 2014 **** focus. My down payment was ***** dollars . I started having problem with my vehicle within a week of having it . So I took it up to them they kept telling me there wasn't anything wrong with the vehicle. I took my vehicle back and forth up there for them to fix the problem. They didn't do anything. The third week of May ***** my transmission went out and I had to have my vehicle towed home. I continued to pay them for the vehicle even though it broke down. It has been sitting at a shop this whole time and now the shop is saying it is going to cost **** dollars to fix. They also gave me a title with no signature which is making it even harder to get it registered.

              So, I recently filed a complaint that involves basically a bate and switch situation at the Frank Leta Mitsubishi in Bridgeton, MO. I was lured into the office- (plucked out of my car from the parking lot) letting me know that they have a deal for some car ( starts with a C ) at 2.9% interest, 100.000 mile warrantee. *All said and done , THAT DEAL ended in May........... So, I have been hearing a radio advertisement for this deal still running on the radio now two weeks past the expiration of the deal- NOT EVEN AVAILABLE ANYMORE. I have a 713 credit rating which is an A rating on their chart and was only able to get a 15.9% interest rate. Then they snuck in a 2,500.00 PLUS 500.00 admin fee after I was told it was only 500.00.
