            Hi! This company, Antennas Direct is lying. They claim to ship orders the same day the order is placed. That is a lie! I want their A+ rating with the BBB to plummet. I ordered (order #******) 1 ClearStream FLEX® Amplified UHF/VHF Indoor HDTV Antenna for $59.99. I paid by Amazon Pay. I placed my order Aug 17, 2021, 12:37 PM. There's no excuse for this. It's beyond ridiculous! I have called them twice about this matter, once yesterday (I spoke to Tom) and I was promised I would hear back immediately and I called today to no resolve. The excuse the representative, Alex, seemed to give was that I placed the order using a VPN. I just received a phone call from Antennas Direct and I was told it was a software glitch due to me using Amazon Pay. I want my antenna and I want it 4 days ago. Please give them a rating of D+. They have not handled me or my order in a genuine professional manner they they claim on their website (same day shipping). I was told my antenna would ship Monday.

            I purchased a MOHU Leaf 50 for ***** and paid to have it sent back to their warehouse which was the only address I had at present time on the bill for total refund.Now just thinking since the president ***** of company will not address the issue at hand want to file a lawsuit against the company for more than ***** I am filing for mental anguish, Lack of cooperation that the company will not refund my money and for the total company assets to close it down due to unprofessional conduct by *****s and supervisors to try to solve the issue and get my money back.This is just a start of what I found and will find other grounds with help from legal assistance

            This purchase was made through walmart.com 8/26/22. This customer notified us on 9/18/22 that he had shipped his order back for a return and had not received the refund yet. We asked for a tracking number for the shipment which he provided on 9/19/22.. The tracking shows he had shipped the return to an outgoing fulfillment warehouse and did not follow *******.com return procedures, which would have allowed for free shipping or drop off at any ******* store. We messaged the customer at 9:40 am on 9/20/22 that we were making a full refund. The refund was completed on 9/22/22.
